2. SaaS and Subscription Services

Free Trials

Where available, we offer free trial periods for our SaaS products. No payment is charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.

Money-Back Guarantee

For monthly subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription charge.

For annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Cancellation

4. Physical Products
